Our standard delivery rates:
We are happy to provide FREE DELIVERY on orders of 3 packs or more. For smaller orders our delivery charge is £2.99.
For UK orders we use FIRST CLASS Royal Mail, so you can expect your order to be delivered in 1-3 working days. We aim to despatch within 24 hours of receiving the order, and for orders received before midday we are often able to despatch on the same day.
For orders of up to 3 packs of non slip bath stickers they should fit through your letterbox. For larger items that can’t go through the letterbox, you are welcome to specify delivery to your place of work if this is more convenient.
For larger orders please get in touch so we can arrange the most cost effective delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges
We are happy to refund any faulty or unwanted items. Please email us at email@example.com or call us on 01803 867543 to arrange return (if applicable) and refund.
Anti slip bath safety stickers are guaranteed to stick to your bath provided you followed the proper fitting procedure, making sure the bath was thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and dried before fitting the stickers. If you encounter any difficulties please do contact us so we can help to resolve it.
Unwanted products must be returned in their original packaging and be in a re-saleable condition. Once we have received the item back into the warehouse and are happy with the condition of the product we will refund your account. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition, we may refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel an order contact Non-Slip Bath at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01803 867543 (open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday). Please have the order number and date the order was placed to hand.
If your products have already been delivered, then you will need to follow our returns procedure. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your order, any sum debited to us will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible.
